You can check-in early at no extra charge if there are rooms available. Early check-in cannot be pre-booked in advance.

All staying guests must present a valid ID upon check in - this includes the second guest in the room (we allow a maximum of 2 people per room).

International travellers must present a valid passport. Domestic travellers must present a Driver's License, or Non-Driver ID card, or DoD card. Sorry, we cannot accept photos of documents.

The name on the credit card used to check-in must match the photo ID shown.

you can add a late check-out until 2.00 PM for an extra 69 USD (+taxes) during booking, at online check-in, or in person at the hotel.

We are happy to keep your luggage safe and secure (for free!) on the day of your arrival and departure, as long as storage space is available. Please ask an ambassador if storage is possible.

Our front desk is always open (yes, 24/7!) and an ambassador is always available to help you with anything you need.
