We follow a no party policy and ask you to please be considerate to your fellow guests. Please be aware that an excessive cleaning fee will apply at the hotel's discretion.

We follow a no-noise policy. We attempt to give at least one warning before eviction and/or calling the police.

The maximum number of guests in our suites are as follows:

Studio and One Bedroom Suite: 4. Two Bedroom Suite: 6

If the occupancy numbers are exceeded, there will be a fee of $50 per person per night and individuals may be asked to leave.

All money, deposits and rents will be forfeited upon eviction.
