Business Center & Package Delivery

Your pets are welcome at Hyatt Place National Mall
Pets must be house trained and are limited to two per room
Please keep them on leash when entering public spaces and refrain from bringing them into the breakfast and The Palcery areas.  Assigned rooms will be on the 6th floor or lower.
Fees:
-1-6 nights: the fee is $75, whether a 1 night or 6 night stay
-7-30 nights: the fee is $75 plus an additional deep cleaning fee of $100.
-1-30 nights: the total fee is $175 - $75 for the first 6 nights and a $100 deep cleaning fee for a 7 to 30 night stay.

Weight Limits:
Only dogs weighing 40 pounds and under are permitted.  Two dogs may be allowed in a guestroom, provided that the combined weight of both dogs does not exceed 75 pounds.  The fee encompassing this and pets exceeding are at hotels discretion. 

Pet Friendly

We have washing machines located on the third floor available 24/7
Turn right out of elevators and right again at the lobby. Continue through the doorway and down the hall, make your first right and the laundry room will be on your left. 

You will need $2 to wash and $2 to dry per load. 
Change and detergent are available at the front desk anytime.
